Loan Acceptance, Establishment and Administration
Booking Fee - $250.00
This is a fee for receiving and processing the loan application, together with acceptance and establishment of the loan and is added to the loan contract.
PPSR Registration - $6.00
Charged to the contract for checking the Personal Property Security Register and registration of our security interest.
Account Maintenance Fee - $4.00
This fee is part of the monthly loan instalment and is for the monthly maintenance service provided.
Caveat Fee - $297.50
Where a loan is secured by a caveat over property, a fee for the registration and release of the caveat will be charged to the loan.
Statement Fee - $5.00
Debited to the account when an additional statement (one per year is free of charge) is requested and supplied.
Settlement (Full Prepayment Administration Fee) - $50.00
Debited to the account when a loan is settled in full before its final payment is due.
Insurance
The cost of insurance cover for Lifestyle Income Protection, Motor Vehicle Insurance, Mechanical Breakdown Insurance and Accidental Death may be included in the loan. The premium financed will be paid to the relevant insurance company and provide insurance cover for the period stated in each insurance policy.
Modifications
Loan Assignment Fee - $250.00
Charged when assigning a contract from one purchaser(s) and/or guarantor(s) name to another purchaser(s) and/or guarantor(s) name.
Collections
Issuance of Credit Control Letter - $10.00
Debited to a loan account when we write to a customer as a result of a breach of the terms of the loan (e.g. following a payment dishonour).
Issuance of Pre-Possession Notice - $15.00
Debited to a loan account when a Pre-possession Notice is issued, as a result of a breach of the terms of the loan (e.g. instalments are in default).
Issuance of Repossession Authority - $50.00
Debited to a loan account when a Repossession Authority has been issued to an Agent with instructions to collect the full arrears including costs and fees or to repossess the security.
